Because our hotel does not have an elevator, and the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, we are a 2-star hotel at this moment. However the hotel classification rated us a 3-star hotel, and several rooms even 4 stars.

We expect to be allowed to install an elevator by the end of this year. This will value us as a 3-star hotel. This process takes a while, because our building is a national monument.
